  • GaiaNow for the final question: What mistake did the marketing team make in their communication?
  • They did not hype enough the environmental contribution of the company.
  • Gaia · Knowledge ScaffolderThat's an interesting thought, but let's look closer at the case. It mentions that sustainability experts warned the claims were “exaggerated and potentially misleading.” Does this suggest they hyped it too much or not enough? Please try again.
  • Hm, you are right. The mistake was that they claimed to be the most eco-friendly fashion brand, when they were not, actually.
  • GaiaThat's exactly right. They exaggerated their achievements, which could be seen as greenwashing.

  • Engagement stayed high, and student messages increased significantly from the first to the third case.
  • Students rated the usability and the learning materials positively.
  • Learners with less prior orientation towards green entrepreneurship talked longer with Gaia.

One of the most encouraging findings is that learners did not only complete the activities, but actively interacted with Gaia.
